《经理人员的职能》（英语：The Functions of the Executive）是切斯特·欧文·巴纳德（1886年11月7日－1961年6月7日）的一本书，提出了“协同与组织理论”和“正式组织中高阶管理人员的职能和运作方法的研究”[1]。它最初于1938年出版；1968年出版的《三十周年纪念版》仍在印刷[2][3]。
